We appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you safely and speedily. Our Ready to Wear items will be ready for delivery within 14 days, Bespoke items can take a lot longer depending on the complexity of the design but this will be discussed and agreed with you when ordered. As soon as your order is ready it will be dispatched by the following method depending where in the world you are:
UK - Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will receive an email notification along with a tracking code as soon as the order has been posted. Special Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the following day but please allow up to 2-3 working days to avoid disappointment. If you need your order for a specific date, please let us know in the Comments section at Checkout. Alternatively, contact us directly. Please note that someone will need to sign for your parcel. In the event that no-one is available to sign for your parcel, a card will be left informing you of your local collection depot.
Rest of the World - Royal Mail International Signed For. You will receive an email notification along with a tracking code as soon as the order has been posted. International Sighed For usually take 4/5 working days but please allow up to 7 working days to avoid disappointment. If you need your order for a specific date, please let us know in the Comments section at Checkout. Alternatively, contact us directly. Please note that someone will need to sign for your parcel. In the event that no-one is available to sign for your parcel, a card will be left informing you of your local collection depot. Customs and Import charges - Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Your order will be dispatched with love and care – items will be wrapped in our signature packaging and placed in a sealed padded envelope to ensure their safety.
